These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by PrimeFilter LLC, with registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and PrimeFilter LLC, regarding your access to and use of our website, client portal, and related services.

Important: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services when we reasonably believe that the services have been used illegally, fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

Service Description

PrimeFilter LLC provides infrastructure services including Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated Servers, and related hosting solutions.

Customers are solely responsible for all content, software, data, traffic, and activities conducted on or through their services.

PrimeFilter LLC does not actively monitor all hosted content, but we reserve the right to investigate abuse reports, legal notices, fraud concerns, and policy violations, and to take appropriate action where necessary.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and all code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site, together with the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to PrimeFilter LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The content on our Site is provided for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. All content, trademarks, and data on the PrimeFilter LLC website, including but not limited to the PrimeFilter name, logo, text, graphics, icons, and images, are the property of PrimeFilter LLC or its licensors.

Account Registration

To utilize our hosting services, account creation is necessary. It is your responsibility to uphold the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Any usage of your account and password will be attributed to you.

We retain the authority to eliminate, regain, or modify a chosen username if we conclude, at our exclusive discretion, that the selected username is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or objectionable.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of the account.

Protection And Penetration

Customers are prohibited from using the Service to engage in activities aimed at bypassing user authentication or compromising the security of any host, network, or account. Such activities include unauthorized access to data, unauthorized login attempts, password cracking, security probing without authorization, exploiting vulnerabilities, or participating in any Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack.

Strictly Prohibited: Any attempt to test the vulnerability of systems or networks is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from PrimeFilter LLC.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our services:

  • Phishing websites, impersonation, scams, or fraud-related activity
  • Spam, mass mailing, unsolicited communications, or mail abuse
  • Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or related network abuse
  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, botnets, or harmful software distribution
  • Hosting, storing, or distributing illegal content
  • Copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of protected material
  • Brute-force attacks, scanning tools, or unauthorized intrusion attempts
  • Unauthorized proxy, VPN, anonymization, or relay abuse

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

Abuse Handling & Response

PrimeFilter LLC takes abuse reports seriously and acts promptly to investigate and mitigate abuse affecting our services or third parties.

  • Phishing and fraud reports: typically handled within 24 hours
  • Copyright complaints, including DMCA notices: typically handled within 24 hours
  • DDoS attacks or critical network abuse: immediate mitigation as reasonably possible

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services involved in abuse without prior notice where necessary to protect our network, customers, partners, or third parties.

Information And Evidence

We may store specific data that you provide to facilitate service management, account administration, fraud prevention, abuse review, and operation of the Site. We do not provide regular scheduled backups unless explicitly stated in a separate service description.

The responsibility for all data transmitted to, stored on, or associated with any activity carried out through the service lies solely with you.

Important: Customers are strongly advised to maintain their own regular backups of all critical data.

Technical Support

Our technical support is limited to the infrastructure and platform itself and does not include development, configuration, coding, debugging, or maintenance of third-party software, game servers, scripts, mods, plugins, or custom applications installed by the customer.

PrimeFilter LLC is not responsible for issues caused by the software, content, or configurations you choose to install and operate on your services.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital infrastructure services, sales are generally final once a service has been provisioned and delivered.

However, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases where the service was not delivered as described or where a critical issue on our side could not be resolved within a reasonable time.

Abuse of refund systems, payment disputes, or misuse of our services may result in account suspension or termination.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Any chargeback, reversed payment, or fraudulent payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of all associated services and accounts.

We reserve the right to recover any unpaid fees, including chargeback costs, processing fees, penalties, and reasonable recovery expenses.

Confirmed fraudulent activity may result in permanent account termination and reporting to the relevant payment processor or authority where appropriate.

Infrastructure

PrimeFilter LLC operates a combination of owned and leased infrastructure hosted in professional data centers across multiple regions.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and high-availability services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

PrimeFilter LLC shall not be liable for downtime, interruptions, latency, data loss, security incidents not caused by our willful misconduct, or other service disruptions.

Support Eligibility

Support requests, complaints, and service changes will only be accepted from the registered account owner or an authorized representative verified by us.

Security Notice: For security and privacy reasons, we verify the identity of anyone requesting support or making changes to an account. Only the registered owner of an account may submit support tickets, request changes, or make complaints regarding the service unless prior authorization is on file.

Technical Support And Advice Policy

Technical support is provided through our official website and support channels, including our Discord server where applicable.

Our support team is available to assist with technical issues related to our infrastructure and services. We strive to provide timely and helpful support through official channels only.

Voice Technical Support

Voice support may be used for complex issues that are difficult to explain or resolve through written communication and is provided at our discretion depending on staff availability and case complexity.

Ticket support is our primary official support method.

Weekends: Limited Support

Tickets may be closed if there is no customer response for an extended period or if the issue has been resolved.

Auto-Close Policy: Tickets may be automatically closed after 72 hours of inactivity. If your issue persists, please open a new ticket or reply before closure where available.
